TUBITAK focuses on the granting support to program initiatives supporting the second phase of the BiGG program through incubation services. According to the latest information announced by TUBITAK, it is possible for the enterprises to receive grant support up to 200.000 TL within the scope of the BiGG Support Program. To benefit from this grant, the program provides different training and mentoring services and it will enable entrepreneurs to close their gaps in the sectoral area which is the biggest deficiency in entrepreneurship. By meeting both their customers and their business partners, entrepreneurs will have an idea of how to improve their products.
The Final Application is on October 2!
The deadline for application of the KWORKS BiGG program, which is determined according to TUBITAK’s grant support calendar, is announced as October 2, 2018. Until that time, an application must be made for initiatives that have business ideas in the fields of digitalization and communication. The application form requesting information about the project and the entrepreneur is expected to be filled in the required form on the KWORKS BiGG website.
Following the applications, initiatives will be subject to a preliminary evaluation process by KWORKS’s experienced team. Acceptable candidates will be provided with 3-day entrepreneurship training to complete the missing aspects of their business ideas with the experts in their fields. The program, which enables entrepreneurs to meet with expert mentors in one-to-one and in groups, will also enable KWORKS BiGG project partners and entrepreneur candidates to come together in the next steps.
After the program ends, the entrepreneurs who have finalized their business plan will be directed to TÜBİTAK after their presentation to the KWORKS BiGG Evaluation Commission. The initiative ideas whose application is accepted until October 2nd will be evaluated for the Phase 2 of the TÜBİTAK BiGG Program. At this stage, the successful initiatives will be able to win 200.000 TL worth of grant support.
